Password Logon Screen Missing

Last week, i found that the when starting Capital, the login screen has disappeared. By default, it appears as though the system is jumping straight to level 9 admin.
I also not that the background image on the first screen has disappeared, along with the background image when opening visual builder.
What I do have in the box, to the right of the menu bar is a left arrow, home and a right arrow. which when the mouse hovers reveals Action: Map (previous, home or next) function.
I don't have any viruses and have removed all unnecessary login accounts.
To say I am concerned about this is simplified :-(
