CAPITAL Office Business Software

Hi there,

I keep experiencing an issue when printing in capital office. A box titled "Customer - Delivery Docket (picklist)" appears in visual builder and will not disappear no matter what I do (enter delivery docket number, hit cancel etc)...it just keeps reappearing! How do I get this box to close as I am unable to print anything right now. Any help would be appreciated.

Close Visual Builder. When you restart it, it will ask if you wish to continue to print. Select No.
