The site has one Laser Printer connected to the Server (Windows XP). I have setup up Pring Spooler Files for each terminal. For the Invoice, Purchase Order, Quote layouts I have set the Suppress Print Dialogue to Yes. When printing the Print Preview Dialogue box opens. This appears to happens intermittently.

Even if you have set the form to suppress the print dialog, the print dialog will still appear if the printer can't be found from a particular computer. E.g.,

1. User (A) open the form on computer (B) which has the local printer C. The user adjusts the form in some way and re-saves it.

2. User (B) now tries to print using this form. The printer associated with the form can't be found, so the print dialog is displayed (so that the user can select a different printer from the one that no longer exists. The default printer is offered as the selection choice).

3. User (A) can still print OK without dialog prompting, hence the problem is described as "intermittent".
