    No Match Found

    by JeffG » Sat Oct 08, 2016 8:10 am

Why do I periodically get a No Match Found error when printing invoices?

The form is located in the \capital directory along with all the other .sty files. The naming rules follow the 8.3 naming convention. Visual builder finds the form for editing purposes, but capital continues to print the form with lots of question marks and no details.

    I am confused.

    Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Question marks indicate that the form you're using is not compatible with the area you're trying to use it in. For example, if you design an invoice template and then try to use it to print a quotation or sales order, you'll end up with lots of question marks. The 'no match found' might be clue that the form is set-up to look for a quotation number, which may not exist (this is just an example), if you're actually sending the form an invoice number to print.
