Afternoon,

despite telling the printer dialogue box to print multiple copies, in most cases 2 copies, only 1 copy ever gets printed.

It is almost as if the printer dialogue box from Capital is not sending the number of copies to the windows printer dialogue box.

Any ideas?

Your options are to upgrade to Maintenance H, which works around the problem if you have service coverage, or attempt to roll back the problem updates.

Thanks very much :-) uninstalled the bugged windows 10 update and now we can print multi copies again.
