Hi All,

I want to design a report that will prompt my staff when a customer is next due, based on past purchase history, to order a specific item.

For example if a customer buys the same item every two months, then for some reason three months have passed and the customer has not re-ordered, I want that item to appear on a report so my staff can contact the customer and seek a sale.

Any ideas?

I am very good with Access and Excel, but just cant seem to nail this one.

The information you require is found in the table CRMHIST. This table contains the product code, date, quantity purchased, who it was sold to, and so on. Working out a sensible tactic for inspecting the data inside the table would be the challenge.
