Do you really want to stop them completely or warn them that printing has already occurred?
It could be done by adding a user field and a small script to write a 'has been printed' value back into the job card...
You actually need two scripts, one the same name as the job card form. (This will fire when the job printing has finished). And a check when the user presses the 'Print' button, to see what this value reads and either warn the user or block the user.
