A) Is it possible to adjust the vertical alignment on variable/fixed height forms ?
B) Is it possible to draw a line between each line of data instead of shading on variable height forms.
C) when using fixed height forms, how can we force all the vertical / horizontal lines to the front of the form.

(A) I'm not sure what you mean by "adjust vertical alignment". Do you mean you want to shift all objects up or down the page?

If so, select Edit|Select All from the menu then drag all objects up or down.

(B) At present background effects are limited to shading.

(C) Select the lines (use SHIFT when clicking with the mouse) then from the menu select Edit|Bring To Front.

At present, if shading is selected then the text is vertically aligned at the top of the shaded area. If you increase the size of the shade, using "body properties->row height" then the size of the shade increases, but the text stays at the top.

If I use fixed height, and draw the lines in around the text, not all the lines will always come to the front. It seems to be a bit hit and miss as to which ones will be forced forward. The current issue is on the re-developed stock count sheet 45 lines per page, 22 pixels high on body property. The text always starts at the top of the shaded area. If it were bottom justified, then you could use the shade as the work line.

Adjust Vertical Alignment.

This is because shading is determined by the row height, not the size of the font you've selected. You could have different fonts in different columns and one would not want the background shading to be effected by that.

Not All Lines Come To The Front.

Send the Body object to the back as directed in the earlier post. Then lines will always draw over the top of the column data. There should not be anything hit or miss about it.
