Nothing prints out of Visual Builder

I have a collection of users accessing our database out of Citrix, printing to their own local printer. Everyone can access that printer to print purchase orders except one user. When he goes to print, it prompts him for the forms to print and the number of copies to print. But then the print dialog does not appear. Normally when he goes to print, this print window appears and he can change his printer selection or press the print button. Any ideas?

The user may have previously cancelled printing. If printing is cancelled from Visual Builder, Visual Builder will pause until it is closed down or directed to resume printing. Try the following:

    1. Ask the user to close down their running copy of Visual Builder. When they go to print, Visual Builder will automatically restart and should commence printing.

    2. Ask the user to switch focus to Visual Builder and from the main menu select File|Print Job Manager. If the radiobutton in the top corner has 'Pause' selected, change this to 'Resume' and press OK. Printing should recommence.
