Check to see if form printing has been turned off.
From main menu:
1. Start CAPITAL Business Manager
2. From the menu select Company|Preferences|Form Settings
3. Ensure that Print From This Computer has been ticked.
Also do a test by typing "Hello World" into Notepad and printing from notepad to the same printer.
If you have the option Enable Distributed Printing you could also try turning that off.
