One User Can Not Print

Afternoon, I have one user who can not print from Capital. Regardless of which computer is used, that one user profile will not print. Other users can log on from the same computer and all is good.

I have tried copied the user ini files but that did not make any difference and I cant find any access rights to prohibit this.

I am a little stumped on this one.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if form printing has been turned off.

From main menu:

1. Start CAPITAL Business Manager
2. From the menu select Company|Preferences|Form Settings
3. Ensure that Print From This Computer has been ticked.

Also do a test by typing "Hello World" into Notepad and printing from notepad to the same printer.

If you have the option Enable Distributed Printing you could also try turning that off.

I created a new user ID and all is good. Thanks
