I would like to be sure that creating FTS indexes for Advantage Database Server will not bother Capital in any way?
Specifically [STOCK].[TITLE] and a user defined field [STAUX000].[KEYWORD]

Hard to see how you could create your own FTS index as CAPITAL already has an FTS index on the STOCK table. You could create an FTS index for the STAUX000 table, but this would likely be erased when you ran any sort of indexing/maintenance operation.
