Just a quick question . Is there a way to place really old accounts somewhere like an archive etc or a way to mark them , similar to when an account is on hold to ID bad account payers or dead accounts etc.

There is a feature to 'hide' on hold accounts so you don't see them but that feature is not available in the smaller version of our software which you run. (Corporate Edition only.)

If you don't have that version, then you can archive accounts by setting up an archive card file and moving the account into the archive... A few configuration changes need to be made to your software but it does have that feature.

Alternatively you can just put an "X" in front of the account code if practical to do so, so those on hold accounts are always at the bottom of your customer list.
