Just a couple of questions regarding the addition of images to our stock. We’ve attempted one but had no luck, unfortunately.
When we add the folder, does it go into
\\server\capital\IMAGES
or
\\server\capital\CAPITAL\IMAGES
I’ve actually tried both with no joy, but wanted to eliminate the possibility of using the wrong one.
Also, is there anything we need to do in Visual Builder etc. in order to make this happen, that we haven’t covered?

Look for where your programs are stored, such as the program BMS.EXE. The \IMAGES folder will be at the same level as this. You may have a \<company data> folder also. The \IMAGES folder will be at this level also.

I.e.,

\<your company data>
\SAMPLE
\IMAGES

It goes inside \IMAGES above.

The image, once placed in that folder, by default must have the same file name as the product code with the extension .JPG or .PNG.

(Unless the software has been configured to work some other way.)
