The software is configurable and users can add their own fields to the database or consultants may have added their own. If you have a field called "Created" you can try loading the Supplier screen into the Screen Editor (found under Maintenance). Then double-click on the field. Make sure "Always Lock" is changed to "Lock" (if set this way) and set the "Access Level" to a lower level so users can change it. If you set Access Level to "0" then all users can edit the field.
