When we add a new Supplier the “Created” date is greyed out. Is there a reason for this or are we able to arrange for this option to be used.

The software is configurable and users can add their own fields to the database or consultants may have added their own. If you have a field called "Created" you can try loading the Supplier screen into the Screen Editor (found under Maintenance). Then double-click on the field. Make sure "Always Lock" is changed to "Lock" (if set this way) and set the "Access Level" to a lower level so users can change it. If you set Access Level to "0" then all users can edit the field.
