We have been attempting to set restricted access levels for a number of our users and found the even with all items set to YES we are unable to run reports such as Repair History by serial number, WIP and Print Job Card, the only way we can give them access is if we set them back to level 9 “Administrator”

Each report in the system must be set its individual security level.

I.e.,

Open Business Manager

Open a reporting area, such as Products or Sales.

Select the report you want to run by clicking on it once with your mouse.

Press the "Edit" button (right side).

When the Edit Report Properties window opens, set the access level of the report to the access level required, next to "Access Level".

Then press Save.

Note: You must be either a level 9 user to do this, or have "administrator functions" set under your security profile, for you to be permitted to do the above.
