have a funny one.
When my data was imported, some of the box conversations are not right.
But when I log in with admin rights or as master, the box conversion is grayed out so I can’t amend it.
Any ideas on how to fix other than create a new item?
I have taken you advice and set up an account with UTBox.

Once stock items are linked to transactions in progress or carry stock you can't change certain settings that might affect the quantities being processed. I.e., you can't change an item from diminishing to non diminishing if you're carrying stock as then product inventory would materialize out of nowhere. Same applies to changing unit conversions.

The best way to fix this is to export the stock file into a spreadsheet, delete all irrelevant columns, fix the items that are wrong, and import again.
