Price Lists to Excel

Help
To keep our clients happy we need to produce a price list from Capital in an Excel format. When using the conventional reports from within Capital, and you select extended description (which we need) the resulting spreadsheet puts the description over more than one cell (for some parts). Investigating further I think that the description is spread over two databases, namely STOCK and STOCKEX. Is there a way of repeatedly producing an Excel sheet from Capital combining these two description fields into one Excel cell? Reason we produce individual price lists for customers depending on their discount structure, and need the complete parts description.
Can this be done by a custom report. Clearly we are happy to pay for this functionality.
