Can you please let me know the procedure through Capital on how to put a specific products on hold for a customer order.
I have looked through the help menu but i was unable to locate it.

If you want to put a stock item on hold for all orders, locate the item in stock control and tick the "Hold" setting for that item.

If you want to put a particular item on hold for a particular sales order only, open the Back Order Control Centre, locate the order/item on the list, and tick beneath the "H" column so that a small symbol of a hand appears.
