    I do have a question about capital Account statements.
    On the Customer Account Balances Report certain customers show an overdue outstanding amount.

    But when looking at the card transactions every invoice and payment is allocated. Is there a way to fix this?

    When you look at an account balances report versus what you see on screen you are not comparing the same information. The account balances report shows the state of the account as per a cut-off date. E.g., end of the month.

    When you look at the transaction list you are looking at the effects of all transactions without any cut-off dates.

    A simple example. If your statement was for end of April, and a payment came in on 1st May, then the report will show the money owed and the on-screen display will show nothing is owed. If payments or credits come before the transaction then things get even more confusing. The account will appear in credit although they really owe you nothing because the invoice followed later.

    If you want to see how an account balances as per your statement, click on Statistics vertical tab button and then press Statement button.
