    Special Pricing

    by Guest » Thu Dec 08, 2011 8:57 am

The scenario is that we would want to run the promo for all customers so we wouldn’t be able to use customer stock item pricing (or could we??)

In the customer special pricing how do we specify a nett price (independent of formula). Many times specials are run at dollar values rather than a formula. Would we have to delete the rules after the promo expires ?
Is there a way to specify a date range and promotional price through the stock list|details section ?
This would be the most efficient way if it were possible ?

All of your requests are catered for using Customer Special Pricing.

    Start the software
Select Toolbox|Products|Customer Special Pricing from the front menu

    Press Add

Select your product code or group, etc.

Specify the promotional period next to "From" and "To".

In the Discount Value field you don't have to specify a formula. You can just enter 9.95 here and the price $9.95 will be applied to the product for that promotional period.
