Adding extra price fields Error SG2 and Sg8

    by rosactive » Mon Nov 22, 2010 10:53 am

I am trying to add extra price fields in the Stock Control area using Screen Editor.
Let say I am adding 3 new fields:
field “K” – price in foreign currency. I am entering foreign price manually.
field “L” – exchange rate. I am entering exchange rate manually.
field “M” – price in AUD $. So I want field “M” automatically work out the price of the product in AUS $ based on Foreign currency price and Exchange rate.
    At the field "M" formula properties I write - Return SCRRead("K") * SCRRead("L").
Everything works fine, but when I trying to “PASTE TAGED STOCK” to Invoice I am getting a lot of errors.
Error Code SG2 and SG8 – Screen Unloaded.
    Error in Statement SCRRead("K") * SCRRead("L").
Script error: field not found: K. etc.

How can I resolve that problem?
    Thank You.

This was a software problem that was resolved in a maintenance update.

Right now there is no way to upgrade the free version. But this is likely to change in the future...
