    Will,
    I cannot get invoices to email out for some users. The Test emails are sent out without a problem - it correctly connects to our SMTP server and Capital Office returns an email saying that email has been set up correctly.
    However as soon as we attach a document (e.g. an invoice) by going to Print, selecting Email then it gets stuck in the spooler.
    It correctly prints the Hardcopy version of the invoice if I select Hardcopy and Email, but the email/attached PDF ends up in the spooler as "Not Sent". I've looked in the Mail.log file and there is no error shown.

    Under Electronic Document Exchange, Install menu, Installation Workshop, make sure Queue Control is set to "Send Immediately". It may be set to "Never" which is the default setting until changed. Keep in mind that these settings are machine specific, so you need to set this value for each computer or user log in.
