Could you please advise me which report from corporate capital will provide me with the A,B,C, etc classification details. I tried all of them but none of the available reports provide these details.

It depends on what you want to do. Most sales analysis reporting lets you filter by ABC classification, which is generally the interesting questions users ask. I'm guessing you want some kind of simple report or spreadsheet that just shows the product code + the ABC classification code next to it...?

If so, go into Stock Control, Select from the menu Tools|Catalog Wizard

Select whatever options are applicable to you.

When you get to page 3 of the Wizard, ensure that "OfficeLink" is selected and press the "Export>" button.

Here you select whatever fields you want to appear in your spreadsheet. (The ABC classification is normally called "Class" on the field list.)

Please also press F1 and read the documentation carefully. You'll find the Catalog Wizard useful for creating all kinds of spreadsheets based around your stock file.
