When I run the expense listing report it doesn't include cost of sales. How can I get this value on my report?

Your cost of sales account may not be set-up as an expense. (Strictly speaking it isn't an expense in accounting terms.)

You can tick 'List All Accounts' on this report to list dollar allocations outside just expense accounts.
