How can stock receipts be cancelled?

(1) Raise a stock return to reverse the entries contained in the stock receipt.

or

(2) Edit the stock receipt, wipe its contents, note the reason for why it was cancelled as free text on the receipt, and re-save the transaction. (If your security settings allow you to do this.) If there is an associated supplier invoice linked to the stock receipt, you may have to delete this manually if the system does not delete it for you automatically.
