Is there any way of importing multiple lines in the description in Stock Management?

You should not have any problems doing this. If your description column is, for example, 200 characters long, CAPITAL will read the 200 characters and assign that description to the stock item's record. Because the description is very long, it will wrap across multiple lines when you view it in Stock Control.
