Hi – is there some inbuilt rule in the Picking Slips form (or Capital itself) that will not print a product on a Picking Slip if the Sell Price is zero? I would understand if the quantity is zero but the example I have is Qty = 1 and Sell Price = 0.00

The sell price doesn't affect whether an item is included on a picklist or not.

An item will appear on a picklist if it also appears in the Back Order Control Centre.

An item will appear in the Back Order Control Centre when:

1. The item has a product code.
2. The item order quantity is greater than zero
3. The item still exists as a valid record in stock control.
4. The sales order itself does not have its status set to delivered, cancelled or suspended.
