    Emailing quotes

We email most of our quotation straight from capital, I have noticed in the last week attached brochures bundles have not been delivered with the quotation .pdf, could you advise what may be causing this as we have not changed any settings? This is the only detail I have unless you need more?

It's possible that your email/network system is stripping the attachments off for some reason. For example, the anti-virus software on your network might have falsely identified the file as containing a virus.

The usual explanation, however, is that the document was stored in a folder that was not visible or accessible from the running copy of Visual Builder that executed the task of emailing your forms.
