I have noticed that our back ups of Capital are getting considerably bigger than a year ago (10600kb). (16300kb without doing complete backup with program & settings)

Any idea why?

When you notice that your backups rapidly get bigger it usually means you are storing your back-up files inside your \CAPITAL folder, somewhere. What happens is that every backup then contains a copy of every previous back-up and the size of your back-up balloons. Make sure you store your back-up files outside the \CAPITAL folder.
