I have 3 other companies where the Automatic Orders (Pending Back Orders) work without any problems – generates multiple Purchase Orders. I use the same options for the Automatic Orders with a different dataset but no-go.

I have checked all the setup parameters page by page via Installation Workshop – they are all the same. I have been over the individual Stock Items - OK

Any clues?

At the bottom of both help topics relating to automatic purchasing (replenishment and from back orders) there are troubleshooting guides that list issues to check for, point by point. From our experience, 99% of problems can be solved by working your way through the relevant list.
