Purchase Orders - Delivery Contact via Selection

Purchase Orders do not have the Delivery options such as Contact which is visable from the - Supplier Delivery Address & Contact - selectable list.
I need my Supplier to drop ship to an alternate delivery address.
Currently cannot provide delivery Contact and other fields contained in the popup list.
