if possible, can you filter out (not backup) thumbs.db during backup?
on restore, the backup program always reports failure due to this file unable to be written over ( XP system file).
It occurs in the company data folders and the map folder

You can use the 'Advanced' back-up option found in V8 release 7 or higher to exclude file extensions of a certain type.
