Is 64 bit Windows

Does CAPITAL support the 64-bit version of Windows?
Not at this time. Series 7 was developed before the 64-bit version of Windows existed. Our new CAPITAL V8 suite will run under 64-bit windows, and V8 will be gradually rolled out to our user base this year.
However, we are strongly recommending that users stay with the 32-bit platform for another 12-24 months while issues with drivers and compatibility problems with other applications are sorted out. What we have seen so far, in conjunction with user reports on problems being experienced, suggests to us that 64-bits still has some way to go.
