    SMTP settings for users...

As far as I know, you need to be an administrator in Capital to be able to edit the SMTP settings. Is this correct and if so can this be enabled for user level access, so that we can update the SMTP settings for the user's password, when they are changed on our AD/Exchange server?

At present SMTP system settings are only found in the Customize area, which requires full administrator access rights to open.

So when the users have to change their passwords on the company mail server (Exchange) we will have to get an admin user of Capital to log in on their behalf just to update their password on their SMTP settings.

    Awesome!

Perhaps you should ask why you need to be constantly changing your user email passwords for outgoing mail? What are you trying to achieve and why do you have separate mail passwords for each user? Why not have a CAPITAL software specific password for your software?
