    I have successfully run the upgrade from the server – however the changes have not taken effect?
    What have I done wrong? It only has a sample company?

    Most likely explanation is that you've installed the software to a different place...

    For example, if your software on your server was located on C:\CAPSHARE\CAPITAL, but you installed the software to C:\CAPITAL, then you would find yourself in your current situation.

    If you can find where your CAPITAL programs are stored on your server (maybe your IT person knows?) then you can just run the setup program again, change the path to the right place, and the upgrade will then do the right thing you expected.
