Automate back-up

Can I set-up an automatic back-up of my database and apps?
You can automate a backup by executing this instruction:
bms.exe /backup /password=master /noprompt
Change master to your admin password.
Then tell Windows to schedule this. An article on scheduling (as an example) is found here:
