    Computer Licences

We use the Professional version of Capital. We would never have any more than 2 or 3 using it at once, but it might be more convenient to be able to open it from 6 or 7 machines during the course of a day.

I gather than when we open capital at a workstation, closing the program does not release the licence for another workstation to use?

The software licence that applies to Enterprise and Professional Editions is per machine, not per user. However, our licence is more flexible than standard software licences. If you have a Pro 5 licence, you can run our software on any 5 machines on the same local area network, but not more than 5 machines in a single session.

A session starts when the first copy of CAPITAL is fired up and the session ends when the last copy of CAPITAL is closed.
