Can i use office 365 with Capital's SMTP email services and what are the setting i need to change.

This should be similar to setting up GMAIL as per:

Port is 995 and the mail server name could be smtp.office365.com or whatever mail server name you've been given.

Although according to this technical article from Microsoft:

The port may be 587 or 25.

You may need to experiment depending on your set-up.
