To set the default email subject heading, go into the Customisation area, then Install Settings, then Communication (Email).
Then press the Electronic Document Exchange button.
Where you see "Subject "Heading" enter what you want to display here by default, i.e., Your Business Name.
Then press Save.
This is the area that controls what gets used as the subject heading when sending forms (statements, invoices, etc.)
