Script and form error when printing forms

Hello :D

I have recently created new job card forms, however I am now getting 2 errors appear when I go to print them.

The 1st error is:

A script error report is meant to be read by a script writer to help them resolve bugs in their scripts. It is not possible to tell you how to fix your script without viewing the script. You need to go back to the person who wrote the script and ask them to fix their mistake(s).
